Wedding Ceremony Package $250.00

 

You must obtain your license prior to the ceremony; the Clerk of Courts issues them.  You must both appear together and produce photo ID.  The cost of the license is $93.50 and is paid in cash.  You should also have the dates of any divorce or death of a former spouse.

Residents MUST wait three days for the license to be valid.  It is good for sixty days anywhere in the state of Florida regardless of where you purchased it, no blood test required.
